Director: Latoya Hardman
Latoya first came to Family Promise in 2011 as an intern while pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She graduated from Augusta State University in December of 2011. Latoya came back to Family Promise in 2013 as an intern while working to obtain her Master of Social Work at the University of South Carolina. While interning, she became our VISTA in March of 2014. Latoya was our VISTA for a year before becoming the Executive Director. Since then, she has graduated from the University of South Carolina. She has a strong passion for helping others and seeing them succeed. Latoya enjoys being outside and spending time with her loved ones.
Case Manager: Alicia Cummings
Alicia came to Family Promise as a volunteer in May 2017. She graduated from Troy University with a Bachelors of Social Science in Psychology in 2010. Alicia later graduated from Strayer University with a Masters in Health Services Administration. She has a passion for real estate and being a helpful resource to others. She enjoys traveling and spending time with loved ones. Alicia’s dream is to one day provide housing for low-income and homeless population.
Bus Driver: Kaytrene Huff
Kaytrene is FPA Bus and Mini-van driver. She enjoys helping other and spending time with her family and friends.
Fund Development Coordinator: Jennifer Harwell
Jenny graduated from Emmanuel College in 2007 with a B.S. in Christian Ministry. She and her husband have worked in student ministry for several years and enjoy ministering to students and their families. Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.

CDS Administrative Coordinator: Michelle Beard Hickson
Michelle is originally from Augusta, GA. She is the proud daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Anthony Beard. She is the oldest of two children, she has a younger brother. She is a graduate of Glenn Hills High School class of 1990. After graduation she attended Albany State University for three years and transferred to Troy University where she received her Bachelors in Psychology. She has been teaching for over 20 years. She is happily married to Samuel D. Hickson. They have two beautiful daughters, Paris Monet and Kobie Hickson. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, traveling, reading, cooking and spending time with her family.
CDS Administrative Coordinator-Assistant: Annie Ghant
Annie is originally from Waynesboro, GA. She is the oldest of three children. She has managed her own personal care home and children’s daycare for a total of 5 years. Annie is a widow with 2 beautiful children, Lisa Laliberete and Joseph Ghant III. In her spare time, she enjoys working in her garden and traveling with family. Annie’s goal is to live a productive life for many years to come.
